Asian Symoposium on Microbial Ecology was held in Shizuoka, Japan in 2023. I served as a session chair, Dr Song gave a presentation at young scientist session and got Award (congratulations!!), and Geon presented a poster about colistin resitant E. coli. We visited Prof. Shintani at Shizuoka University and learned a lot about plasmid biology.
